Job Title: Floor Hand / Full-time  

Job Summary: As a Floor Hand at our sand plant, you will play a vital role in the operations by performing various manual and labor-intensive duties essential to the production process. This entry-level position requires physical strength, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoveling and moving sand materials manually to designated areas within the plant.

Assisting in the operation of machinery for loading and unloading materials.

Cleaning and maintaining work areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment.

Performing routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment as directed.

Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

Following safety protocols and procedures rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.

Communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks involving heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods.

Willingness to work in various weather conditions and in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Basic understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to adhering to them.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.

Prior experience in a similar role or industrial environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
